Junior
Graduate Program Product Management - Supply Chain
Always wanted to build the systems behind one of Europe's most advanced supply chains? As part of this Graduate Program, you'll own part of Picnic's logistics tech products from day one.
You'll be end-to-end responsible for developing products that power our operations by understanding operational challenges, analyzing data, working with business teams, designing solutions with engineers, and validating impact through experiments and analytics. You're the one making it happen. The program at Picnic is one of the most ambitious tracks in the industry: from recent graduate to Product Manager.
What you'll be doing
Over two years you'll learn everything it takes to build a great product by actually doing it. You'll work alongside experienced product managers in our team. In time, you'll have the opportunity to change product scope to get well rounded experience in a different area as well.
0-6 months
You'll learn how to solve operational problems. From day one, you'll help build products that improve the performance of our supply chain, while getting to know our logistics systems end to end. To understand what to build, you'll analyze operational data, observe processes on the warehouse floor, and work closely with stakeholders across Logistics and Operations. Based on your insights, you'll help shape new solutions.
6-12 months
You build your first features from scratch. This is the first time you'll own the full product development lifecycle. With help of an experienced Product Manager, you’ll scope a customer problem, shape the solution across design, engineering, data, and business. You’ll drive execution on your plan, ship to customers & see the direct impact of your work.
12+ months
You'll own a logistics product scope end to end. You'll identify the biggest operational opportunities and own the solutions: from research and analysis to stakeholder alignment, technical implementation, and rollout. Whether it's improving warehouse automation, inbound flows, inventory accuracy, or last-mile operations, you'll lead the product direction and be responsible for the outcomes.
The Program
- The launchpad to Product Manager. Learn everything there is about building product & become a PM twice as fast as the industry standard.
- Ownership from day one. You'll immediately work on products that power Picnic's logistics network alongside our experienced product team. You'll gain experience across different domains, from warehouse automation and inventory management to inbound logistics, fulfilment, and last-mile operations.
- Tangible impact: Every feature you ship is measured, so you'll see the exact impact of your decisions in real data. If it works, double down. If it doesn't, own it and iterate.
- Mentorship: You'll have a dedicated mentor accelerating your growth. But most of what you learn, you learn by actually doing it.
Who are you
We’re looking for future leaders who are hungry to learn, eager to build, and passionate about our mission. You don’t need years of product management experience, but you do need to show us you have the raw talent and drive to succeed.
- Master's degree in a quantitative field like Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar. Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience.
- Builder at heart. You've taken initiative and created something from scratch, whether that's a side project, a new idea, or your own startup.
- Highly ambitious, natural curiosity and empathy for users. You want to understand, you're always asking "why", and you always think about how to make things better.
- Go-getter personality. You're biased toward action and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
Many strong candidates talk themselves out of applying because they don't tick every box. If this role excites you and you believe you have what it takes, apply.
