Our models and predictions

Within MarketResponse we use all kinds of data science techniques to create our segmentation models, predict outcomes of customer journeys and explain customer behaviour. Also, we do driver analysis on customer experience measures to help companies achieving their goals. And different kinds of text analytics algorithms to enhance free text data sources. For example, topic modelling an PII masking. Everything possible for for really understanding the customer!

Our customers

MarketResponse has a broad range of customers spread over different industries. Government, commercial organizations and public-sector institutions. Industry examples are banking, leisure, charity, public housing and healthcare.

Our office

We are located on the top floor of the Creative Valley CS. This is a shared office building next to Utrecht Central Station. Open workspaces with our own small meeting rooms and shared bigger meeting rooms. And a brasserie for lunch and weekly drinks. In the summer including a rooftop terrace!

Our culture

The culture at MarketResponse is open and informal. A flat organisation of around 60 professionals spread over three departments and staff. Recurring activities and an active staff association.
